Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use DoGood. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login secure. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile settings.

You retain ownership of the content you post but grant us a license to host and display it within the app. You agree not to post unlawful, abusive, hateful, fraudulent, or infringing content. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Users can report content and block other users at any time.

DoGood enables donations and a creator marketplace. All payments are processed as direct card charges through our payment provider (Stripe). Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable. Platform fees, where applicable, are disclosed at the time of the transaction. You are responsible for any taxes owed on funds you receive.

Creators may request payouts of eligible wallet balances. Payout requests are subject to review and processing times. We may withhold payouts where we suspect fraud or a violation of these Terms.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoGood is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
